I taught 2 lessons this semester. Both lessons included custom Photoshop work. Enjoy!

Lesson 1: Working with Exponents.

Students learn to work with exponents by using manipulatives.

Activity students use manipulatives to learn exponent rules. I included a colored version to aid a vision impaired student.

Lesson 2: Rhombus Method

Students learn a fun trick when multiplying repeating numbers.

This activity highlights a cool trick students could use when dealing with multiplying repeating digits.

Bonus Material!

More photoshop work here. I used this worksheet when interviewing a student. It is based on the classic hop to it lesson from the pbs website.

PBS lesson found here.

This can be a fun activity for many different grade levels.
